Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council proposes to temporarily close the following road for the period and reason specified below:-

Traffic intending to access Church Lane South from Hill View shall divert north along Hill View (L-2026-0). At the junction, turn right onto Ballymodan Place (L2021-31) and follow onto South Main Street. Turn right onto Market Street (R603-0) and continue onto St Patrick’s Place and New Road. Turn right onto Church Lane South to approach the closed road from the opposite side.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
Objections to this proposed temporary road closure should be made inwriting, to the undersigned, quoting Ref: TRC-170-2020, not later than 5pm on Wednesday 4th November, 2020.Telephone contact details should be included in the objection.
