Reset your MapAlerter Password

To receive a new MapAlerter password, you must:

  1. Know the mobile number and email address that are currently linked to your account
  2. Have access to the email address that is currently linked to your account, in order to receive your new password link.

After you confirm your email address and mobile number that are linked to yor MapAlerter account, you will receive an email that will allow you to login to MapAlerter. You can change your password after you login. If you have trouble resetting your password then you can request assistance here. It may be the case that you no longer have access to the mobile and email address combination that you used to create your account, and we can help with that.
